§ 152-1 Fee.

The Mayor and Council hereby establish a fee of $5 per month for any private organization or business using space on the internet page.

§ 152-2 Limits on space.

Space shall be limited to the following:

A. Name of organization/business.

B. Address of organization/business.

C. Telephone number and fax number.

D. Three lines of informational space.

§ 152-3 Collection of fee; establishment of procedures.

The Borough Clerk shall be responsible for the collection of the fee and establishing procedures for the internet.
