A. 
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
TRUCKS
Motor vehicles having a gross weight of four tons or more.
(1) 
There shall be no truck parking in the following locations in the Borough of Carteret:
(a) 
Commencing at a point 48 feet east of the curbline of Roosevelt Avenue starting at Germak Drive and continuing south maintaining the forty-eight-foot distance from the curbline east to Pekola Avenue.
All property owners and/or those who have a leasehold interest in property immediately adjacent to the no-parking zone as above described shall maintain the same so as not to establish or maintain property conditions that create a danger to the safety of those who transgress over the same.
A. 
Any person who violates § 254-48 of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $100.
B. 
Any person who violates § 254-49 of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties set forth in § 1-17 of this Code.
