It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person
or persons to pour or deposit on any of the improved streets in the
Borough of Collingswood any salt water or other liquid, the ingredients
of which are injurious to such paving.

Every person or persons violating the provisions
of this article, upon conviction, shall pay a fine not exceeding $1,000
for each offense and the costs of the prosecution or be committed
to county jail for a period of not more than 90 days or serve a period
of community service for not more than 90 days, or any combination
thereof.
