No person or persons shall place, park or store
any cart, wagon, automobile or other vehicle on any portion of the
sidewalks within the Borough of Collingswood, under a penalty of a
fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for not more than 90 days
or a period of community service for not more than 90 days, or any
combination thereof. It shall also be a violation of this article
for any person to place, park or store any cart, wagon, automobile
or other vehicle partially on a public street and partially over the
curb of said street or upon the sidewalk of said street.
