A.
The request of the Board of Directors of the corporation owning the land and buildings known as the "Heights of Collingswood" that the provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated be made applicable to the semipublic or private roads, streets, driveways, trails, terraces, bridle paths, parkways, parking areas or other roadways open to or used by the public, tenants or employees of the various buildings and lands thereof is hereby approved.
B.
It shall be unlawful for the owners or drivers of automobiles or other vehicles to park their said automobiles or other vehicles in any of the following designated sections or the drives, streets or roads of the above-defined Heights of Collingswood:
(1)
The circle drives in front of Towers A, B, C and D.
(2)
On either side of the roadway from Collings Avenue to the north entrance of Heights of Collingswood garage, from the garage entrance to the distance of 55 feet northerly thereof.
(3)
Within the three-thousand-square-foot area at the end of the roadway at the rear of Tower A, adjacent to the loading platform.
(4)
Within the three-thousand-square-foot area at the end of the roadway at the rear of Tower B, adjacent to the loading platform.
(5)
Within the three-thousand-square-foot area at the end of the roadway at the rear of Tower C, adjacent to the loading platform.
(6)
Within the three-thousand-square-foot area at the end of the roadway at the rear of Tower D, adjacent to the loading platform.
(7)
On either side of the roadway from Newton Lake Drive to the south entrance of Heights of Collingswood garage.
(8)
Along the southerly curbline of the Heights of Collingswood roadway, which runs parallel to Newton Lake Drive from Browning Road to White Horse Pike, from Browning Road for a distance of 50 feet westerly thereof.
(9)
Within the driveway which connects the roadway running parallel to Collings Avenue with the parking lot which runs parallel to White Horse Pike.
(10)
Within the driveway which connects the roadway running parallel to Newton Lake Drive with the parking area which runs parallel to White Horse Pike.
(11)
Within the designated handicapped parking slots unless displaying handicapped registration plates or stickers.
(12)
On either side of the roadway from Browning Road to the service entrance of Tower D.
C.
A loading and unloading zone for a distance of 30 feet to the east of the loading platform between Tower B and Tower D is hereby established and shall be restricted to vehicles loading and unloading from said platform for a period not to exceed 30 minutes.
D.
All restricted parking zones and all crosswalks mentioned herein shall be clearly marked in the manner provided by law.
E.
The following roadways are hereby designated as through streets in accordance with N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, and all roadways intersecting with said through streets shall be yield intersections. All intersecting roadways with said designated through streets shall have yield-right-of-way signs erected and maintained on the rear right side of the same. All drivers of automobiles or other vehicles approaching said yield intersections shall yield to those persons on the through street, in the manner set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-144 and 39:4-145.
