There is hereby imposed the following fee for compost generated by the Delanco Township Compost Facility:
A.
For each yard of compost delivered to residence of Delanco Township resident: $6.

The compost will be delivered after completion of a form to be prepared by the Municipal Clerk. A resident shall complete the form at the Municipal Building and pay the required fee. The compost shall be delivered at the residence of the applicant by the Public Works Department.
There will be no charge for compost obtained at the Public Works Garage (subject to availability) by a resident using his or her own vehicle for transportation and transport of compost material.
