No person shall urinate or defecate on any public
street, public sidewalk or on any other public place or in any other
place opened to and used by the public or in public view upon any
private property.

A violation of this Article shall be punishable
by imprisonment of not more than 90 days or a fine not to exceed $1,000
or a period of community service of not more than 90 days, or any
combination thereof.
