It shall be unlawful for any person to sleep
in a motor vehicle, whether registered or unregistered with the State
of New Jersey, Division of Motor Vehicles, when parked on any public
property, including but not limited to streets, parks, parking lots,
ball fields, schoolyards, and public right-of-ways, in the Township
of Florence.
Any person who violates any provision of this
article shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding
$1,000 or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days, or by
community service for a period not exceeding 90 days, or any combination
thereof.
