No person shall park, stop or stand a vehicle upon the front building ramp portion of the property except to load or unload materials involving the use and maintenance of the building; said parking, stopping, standing to facilitate loading or unloading materials at the building shall be only for such time as necessary to accommodate loading or unloading after which time the activity is concluded said vehicle shall be removed from the front ramp portion of the property.
(3) 
Parking along the western (side) and northern (rear) parking lots of the property shall be permitted only for vehicles belonging to individuals participating in a current activity in the building or associated with an activity being carried out by members of any organization permitted use of the building.
(4) 
Parking along the eastern (side) parking lot of the property shall be for any legally registered, insured, and inspected vehicle and said parking shall be restricted such that no vehicle shall remain so parked for a period greater than 24 hours.
B. 
Handicapped parking. All stalls so designated for handicapped persons shall be signed with the R7- 8 and R7 -8P ( reserved parking sign and penalty plate) signs, in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permits by the Division of Motor Vehicles.

(3) 
Parking along the eastern side parking lot of the building shall be for any legally registered, insured, and inspected vehicle and said parking shall be restricted such that no vehicle shall remain so parked for a period greater than 24 hours.

A. 
Tow -away zones. Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's expense.
B. 
Traffic signs. All signs, posts, or other necessary materials shall be installed and shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27.
C. 
Violations and penalties. Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of this article or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of $75.
Ordinance No. 1992-34 is repealed. All ordinances or parts of ordinances of the Township of Florence heretofore adopted which are inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this article are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
