Smoking of tobacco products at recreational bathing facilities on public property within the Borough of Fort Lee is hereby prohibited, including but not limited to five presently existing wading pools within the Borough of Fort Lee:

Unless otherwise provided by law, statute or ordinance, any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a penalty of not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense. Complaint shall be made in the Municipal Court of the Borough of Fort Lee or before such other judicial officer having authority under the laws of the State of New Jersey.
