by N.J.S.A. 2B:12-1 et seq., a municipal court is hereby established
for the Township of Franklin, in the County of Hunterdon, to be known
as "Municipal Court of the Township of Franklin."

such municipalities as provided for in the agreement, unless otherwise
provided by law.
The Municipal Court shall have a Municipal Court Judge, a Municipal
Court Administrator, a Municipal Prosecutor and a Public Defender.
The appointments, salaries and job descriptions for these positions
shall be set forth in a shared services agreement unless otherwise
set by statute.
The Municipal Court may appoint such other clerical or other
assistance as is necessary for the Court's efficient operation.
These appointments shall be made pursuant to the terms of the shared
services agreement.
