The Borough Clerk is hereby designated as the
Administrative Officer for the Borough of Garwood for the purpose
of complying with the Senior Citizens and Disabled Protected Tenancy
Act of the State of New Jersey. In the event of a proposed conversion
as set forth in said Act, the Municipal Clerk shall fulfill the duties
of the administrative officer pursuant to the statute.
The owner of any building or structure who seeks
to convert any premises under the Senior Citizens and Disabled Protected
Tenancy Act shall pay a fee to the municipality for the services required
under such Act. The fee shall be $500 per conversion plus $100 per
dwelling unit.
