South Avenue.
(1)
The speed limits for both directions of traffic along
South Avenue, a road under the control and maintenance of the County
of Union, in the Borough of Garwood, shall be 35 miles per hour for
its entire length in the Borough of Garwood.
(2)
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and
maintained to effect the above designated speed limits as authorized
by the Department of Transportation.
