A.
South Avenue.
(1)
The speed limits for both directions of traffic along South Avenue, a road under the control and maintenance of the County of Union, in the Borough of Garwood, shall be 25 miles per hour between East Street and West Street and 35 miles per hour for any other portion of South Street in the Borough of Garwood.
(2)
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained to effect the above designated speed limits as authorized by the Department of Transportation.
