No person shall establish, maintain, or operate any bowling alley or
place where bowling alleys are kept for the use of the general public and
for the use of which any fee, compensation, or other valuable thing is expected
unless such person shall first obtain a license for such location from the
governing body as hereinafter provided.
Application for such license shall be submitted to the Borough Clerk

it shall direct the Borough Clerk to issue the license to the applicant.
The fee for said license shall be $5 per alley and shall be valid for
the term of one year from the date of issuance.
No license issued under this article shall be assigned or transferred
from person to person or from place to place.
No holder of a license issued under this article shall open said bowling
alley between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays and Saturdays,
and between 2:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on Sundays.
