As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
Any vending machine which dispenses cigarettes, cigars, tobacco or any tobacco product.

All cigarette vending machines are prohibited in the Borough of Garwood. No person, corporation, partnership or any other entity shall allow or permit a cigarette vending machine to exist on premises under his, her, their or its control. Each day on which a cigarette vending machine is operated shall be considered a separate violation.
