There shall be the following divisions, officers, boards and commissions in the Borough:
A. 
Divisions shall be as follows:
(1) 
Division of Revenue and Finance.
(2) 
Division of Public Safety.
(3) 
Division of Parks and Recreation.
(4) 
Division of Public Works.
(5) 
Division of Planning, Development and Public Buildings.
(6) 
Division of Franchises and Licenses.
(7) 
Division of Community Affairs.
(8) 
Division of Sanitation.
B. 
Separate offices not under divisions shall be as follows:
(1) 
Attorney.
(2) 
Borough Administrator.
(3)

The chairperson of a division, subject to the code and the approval or direction of the Council, shall:
A. 
Prescribe the internal organization of the work of their division.
B. 
Direct and supervise subordinate officers and employees of the division and make, alter and enforce individual work assignments.
C. 
Approve or disapprove payrolls, bills and claims chargeable to division appropriations.
D. 
Maintain such records of work performance and unit costs thereof as may be approved or required by the Council.
E. 
Provide such information and reports on the work of the division as may from time to time be required by the Council.
F. 
Exercise such other or different powers of administrative supervision and direction as the Council may delegate to them.
