A.
The Township of Kingwood, in the County of Hunterdon, has a fair-share obligation of 39 units of which 20 provide new affordable housing opportunities. This article will apply to all new developments that contain proposed low- and moderate-income units that are listed below and any future developments that may occur.
B.
The Township's new affordable housing opportunities will not contain any new developments that contain proposed low- and moderate-income units.
C.
It will contain 10 units of accessory apartments in accordance with the Accessory Apartment Ordinance[1] which is being submitted so as to implement part of its Fair Share Plan submitted to COAH. (The other ten-unit obligation is being met through alternative living arrangements and a rental bonus credit, namely the five bedroom rental units Easter Seals house located within the Township.)
