Any motor vehicle which shall be operated by
any person over the following portions of roads and highways located
in Kingwood Township shall be operated within the speeds set out in
Subsections A, B, C, D and E hereof:
A. Within 0.4 of a mile north and 0.15 of a mile south
of the intersection of the Baptistown - Barbertown Road where the
same intersects with New Jersey Highway No. 12, a speed of not more
than 25 miles per hour.
B. On the Baptistown - Barbertown Road where said road
intersects with the road from Barbertown to Point Breeze, within 0.25
of a mile south and 0.2 of a mile north of said intersection, a speed
of not more than 25 miles per hour.
C. The speed limits for both directions of traffic along
Oak Grove Road shall be established as follows: 35 miles per hour
between Kingwood Road (County Route 519) and the Franklin Township
line.

D. The speed limit for both directions of traffic on
Firehouse Road along its entire length shall be established at 15
miles per hour.

E. A speed limit of 35 miles per hour is hereby established
for the following described roads:

(1) Fitzer Road: beginning at the intersection of State
Highway Route 12 and Fitzer Road and extending 0.6 of a mile in a
southerly direction on Fitzer Road.
(2) Locktown Road: beginning at the intersection of State
Highway Route 12 and Locktown Road and extending 0.3 of a mile in
a southerly direction on Locktown Road.
(3) Hampton Road: for its entire length, which is from
Oak Summit Road to Oak Grove Road.
(4) Ridge Road: from Tinsman Road to Kingwood Road (County
Road 519).
(5) Oak Grove Road: for its entire length, which is between
its intersection with Kingwood Road (County Road 519) and the Franklin
Township line.
(6) Barbertown Point Breeze Road: for its entire length,
which is from County Road 519 at Barbertown to State Highway Route
12 at Point Breeze Road.
(7) Lower Oak Grove Road: for its entire length, which
is between its intersection of State Highway Route 12 and Lower Oak
Grove Road and the Franklin Township line.
(8) Fairview Road: for its entire length, which is from
State Highway Route 29 to County Road 519.
(9) Oak Summit Road: for its entire length, which is from
County Road 519 and extending to the Alexandria Township/Franklin
Township line.

The speed limit for both directions of traffic
along Hammar Road beginning at its intersection with Kingwood-Locktown
Road and extending northerly to its termination at Barbertown-Point
Breeze Road and shall be established at no more than 35 miles per
hour.

The speed limit for both directions of traffic
along Barbertown-Idell Road beginning at its intersection with Byram-Kingwood
Road (County Route 651) and extending northerly and easterly to its
termination at Kingwood Road (County Route 519) shall be established
at no more than 35 miles per hour.

Muddy Run Road: for its entire length beginning
at Barbertown Point Breeze Road and running to Kingwood-Locktown Road,
a distance of approximately .75 miles.

at the Frenchtown Borough line and running to Fairview Road, a distance

Every person convicted of a violation of this
article or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of
not more than $1,000 and court costs and/or by imprisonment for up
to a period of 15 days and/or by a period of community service not
exceeding 90 days in the discretion of the court.
