[Pursuant to the adoption of the provisions of the Civil Service Act of the State of New Jersey by the voters of the Borough of Stanhope, the Mayor and Council has adopted an ordinance creating civil service classifications for borough employees in accordance with specifications established by the New Jersey Civil Service Commission.
