A. 
All Manalapan Township parks and recreation sites shall be opened for use by the Township inhabitants and others desiring to use said park between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to dusk unless otherwise noted.
B. 
The Manalapan Recreation Center shall be opened for use by the Township inhabitants and others desiring to use same as follows:
(1) 
April 1 through September 15:
(a) 
8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Sunday through Friday.
(b) 
8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday.
(2) 
September 16 through September 30:
(a) 
8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Sunday through Friday.
(b) 
8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday.
(3) 
October 1 through March 31:
(a) 
8:00 a.m. to dusk, Sunday through Saturday.
(b) 
7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Thursday and Sunday evening.
Signs setting forth the hours that parks will be open will be posted at each location setting forth at least the following:
"PARK HOURS: 8:00 a.m. to dusk.
VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED."
Any person or persons found to be in violation of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both, in the discretion of the Judge of the Municipal Court of the Township of Manalapan.
