The Standards for Construction of Public Noncommunity and Nonpublic Water Systems, N.J.A.C. 7:10-12.1 et seq., pursuant to N.J.S.A. 58:11-23 et seq., and N.J.S.A. 58:12A-1 et seq., is hereby adopted in its entirety and incorporated herein by reference.
As used in this chapter terms shall have meanings as defined in the New Jersey Safe Drinking Water Act, specifically sections from N.J.A.C. 7:10-1.3 and 7:12-4.

The fee for the application and review of plans, and the inspection of all newly constructed public noncommunity and nonpublic water systems shall be $100.

The fee for each required retesting service shall be $25.
