It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle or skate with roller skates on any of the sidewalks within the corporate limits of the Town of Snow Hill.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof before the District Court of Maryland, shall pay a fine of not more than $1,000 or be imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.
