Editor's Note: This bill also repealed former Ch. 70, Floodplain Management, adopted 3-26-2013 by Bill No. 1233, as amended. With the permission of the County, this legislation was revised to: 1) italicize defined terms not already italicized in the original copy; 2) add a section symbol before each section number; 3) impose capitalization on section and subsection titles in a style consistent with the rest of the County Code; 4) delete any extraneous punctuation appearing at the end of sections or subsections; 5) add punctuation at the end of subsections where none exists; 6) and cite numbers consistently throughout the chapter in a style matching that found in the rest of the County Code.
