§ 116-1 Statutory provisions in effect.

All provisions of RSA 286 with regard to billiard tables and pool halls and all amendments thereto are in full force and effect in this city.

§ 116-2 License required. [1]

No person shall have a billiard table, pool table or pool hall in the City of Franklin for use for pay unless a license therefor is first obtained from the office of the City Clerk.

§ 116-3 License fee.

The fee for such license shall be $10 annually per billiard table or pool table.
