§ 112-1 Adoption by reference.

All Town properties are subject to State Litter Laws.[1]

Article II Town Docks

[Adopted by the Board of Selectmen 8-27-1975]

§ 112-2 Fowl prohibited.

No person shall take fowl in the area of the Town docks.

§ 112-3 Bathing and diving.

No person shall bathe in said area or from the causeway bridge on Whitten Neck Road or dive off said docks or said bridge.
