The order of business at the meetings of the Board of Council shall be as follows:

The Borough Clerk shall cause a written agenda for the regular meetings or adjournments thereof to be delivered to the Mayor and members of the Council at least 48 hours prior to the time of the meeting. The Mayor and Council may by majority vote add to the agenda at the meeting such other matters as they deem appropriate.
