Township of Hamilton, NJ Article III Public Defender Fees

§ 167-9 Fee established; waiver.

All persons applying for representation by the Township of Hamilton Municipal Public Defender shall pay an application fee of $200 at the time of filing their applications. The Municipal Court may waive any required application fee, in whole or in part, if the court determines, in its discretion, that the application fee represents an unreasonable burden on the person seeking representation.
