A. 
Any owner or person who is aggrieved by the ruling or decision of the Building Inspector directing or ordering an alteration, correction or elimination of a violation of this code shall be entitled to a hearing upon a review of such order or direction by the Township Committee of the Township of Hanover.
B. 
Applications for a hearing must be submitted in writing to the Township Committee within 10 days after receipt of such an order from the Building Inspector.
C. 
At the conclusion of such a hearing, the Township Committee shall affirm the order of the Building Inspector, set aside the order if a violation is found not to exist, or it may increase the time specified by the order for the correction of the violation determined to exist.
Where the order appealed from is to vacate a structure because it is dangerous or unfit for human occupancy, a hearing thereon shall be held within two days after receipt of an application for a hearing. All other appeals shall be heard within 15 days after receipt of the application for a hearing.
