No person shall suffer or permit any horse, cattle or other livestock, which he owns, keeps, leases or shelters, to annoy other persons in the Township, nor to trespass upon public property or the property of any other person in the Township, nor to damage shrubbery, flowers, gardens, lawns, fields, poultry, domestic animals or any other property of any kind or character belonging to any other person in the Township. Violators of this section may be proceeded against by complaint before the Township Judge.
