As used in this chapter, the following words, terms and phrases shall include the meanings given herein:
The solid residue after the combustion of any and all types of solid fuel, such as wood, coal, coke, charcoal or leaves.
All putrescible animal and vegetable wastes resulting from the handling, storing and preparation and disposal of food in any and all forms.
Ashes, garbage, refuse, rubbish, trash and trimmings and clippings, as defined in this chapter, and all other waste materials which, if thrown or deposited as herein prohibited, tend to create a danger to public health, safety and welfare.
All putrescible and nonputrescible solid wastes (except body wastes), including garbage, rubbish, ashes, street cleanings, dead animals, abandoned automobiles and solid market and industrial wastes.
All nonputrescible solid wastes consisting of both combustible and noncombustible wastes, such as paper, wrappings, cigarettes, cardboard, tin cans, wood, glass, bedding, crockery and similar materials.
All old furniture, appliances, rubber tires, junk, cartons, household articles of an unwieldy nature, containers and other odds and ends usually disposed of by householders.
All collections of leaves, grass, rakings of lawn and yards, tree limbs and branches.
