A traffic control signal shall be installed and operated at the following intersections in the Township of Jefferson:

The traffic signal installation shall be in accordance with the provision of An Act Concerning Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulations (Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the New Jersey Revised Statutes), shall conform to the design and shall be maintained in operation as authorized by the Department of Transportation.
