VII, Traffic Control Signals, 12-6-1976 by Ord. No. 30-76. It also specifically saved from repeal Art. IV, Public Parking Areas, adopted 6-23-1969 by Ord. No. 245, and Art. V, Speed Limits, adopted 8-17-1970 by Ord. No. 269; see Parts 2 and 3 of this chapter. Said Ord. No. 22-80 was approved by the New Jersey Department of Transportation 12-16-1980 and by the Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders 9-24-1980.
