A. 
There is hereby established crosswalks within the Township of Jefferson as follows:
(1) 
The portion of the roadway named Weldon Road, 840 feet east of a roadway leading into the Mahlon Dickerson Reservation, a Morris County park, and having a designation of "picnic area entrance," which crosswalk shall be five feet in width and shall be designated as a midblock pedestrian crosswalk to connect the walking trail located in the County Park.
B. 
Within all crosswalks parking shall be prohibited. All vehicles shall yield to a pedestrian at a crosswalk where the pedestrian has started to cross prior to the vehicle's arrival at the crosswalk.
