A code regulating body art procedures is hereby established pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.2 et seq. The code established and adopted by this chapter
is commonly known as the New Jersey State Sanitary Code, Chapter 8, Body Art
Procedures, N.J.A.C. 8:27-1 et seq., and is adopted by reference and made
a part hereof without the inclusion of the text.
Three copies of the "New Jersey State Sanitary Code, Chapter 8, Body
Art Procedures," N.J.A.C. 8:27-1 et seq. have been placed on file in the office
of the Board of Health and shall remain on file there for the use and examination
of the public.
Upon approval of a license for a body art procedure business pursuant
to N.J.A.C. 8:27-1 et seq., the licensee shall pay a license fee of $250 per
annum.
