Park regulations shall be as set forth in the Jefferson Township Parks and Recreation Park Regulations, which are incorporated by reference and available through the Department of Recreation, Senior and Veteran Services and/or the Township Clerk's office; and
Permits for boats which are to be launched from any Township park property into Moosepac Lake shall be obtained from the Department of Recreation, Senior and Veteran Services for a fee of $10.

It shall be unlawful for any person to be present in any public parks owned and operated by the Township of Jefferson, including all Township recreation facilities, ball fields and playgrounds, as listed by the Township Department of Recreation, between sunset and sunrise, prevailing time, unless such presence is by a person attending a function at any of said public parks, either organized or approved by the Township Department of Recreation.

Any person found in violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $200 for the first offense, and a fine not exceeding $500 for any subsequent offense, or a period of community service not exceeding 10 days, or any combination thereof.
