For the purposes of this chapter, the Township
is hereby divided into the following classes of zones:

A. Zoning Map. Boundaries of each of the created zones
are hereby established as shown on the Zoning Map of the Township
of Jefferson, dated May 7, 2004, prepared by Hatch, Mott & MacDonald,
professional engineers, and certified to by Jill A. Hartmann, professional
planner, on May 11, 2004, which map accompanies this chapter and is
hereby declared a part thereof. Said map shall be on file in the office
of the Clerk in the Municipal Building of the Township of Jefferson.
The notes on said map are hereby adopted by reference.
B. In case of uncertainty as to the true location of
a district boundary line in a particular instance, the determination
thereof shall be made by the Zoning Officer and/or Township Planner.
