The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule X (§ 84-38), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as no-through streets. Street closed to through traffic signs shall be installed as provided therein.

The streets or portions of streets described in Schedule XI (§ 84-39), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as no-passing zones. Signs and street markings conforming to state law and regulations shall be utilized to identify said no-passing zones.
