The provisions of Subtitle I, Title 39, of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey, and unless otherwise provided herein, all pertinent municipal ordinances, shall be made applicable to the semiprivate roads, streets, driveways, and parking lots of all municipally owned and maintained property, including but not limited to the municipal complex and off-site parks and recreational facilities and all property owned and maintained by the Board of Education of the Borough of Kinnelon.
A. 
Kinnelon High School. Pursuant to the written consent of the Kinnelon Borough Board of Education, the provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the New Jersey Statutes and, unless otherwise provided herein, all pertinent municipal ordinances are applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at Kinnelon High School, located in the Borough of Kinnelon, County of Morris, as set forth in the report of the New Jersey Department of Transportation by letter dated May 23, 2005, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

(1) 
Parking.
(a) 
All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided.
(b) 
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below except in areas covered by other parking restrictions.

(c) 
Handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide and signed with the R7-8 and R7-8P (reserved parking sign and penalty plate) in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permit by the Division of Motor Vehicles.
(2) 
Reserved parking. All vehicles that are granted specialty parking in this section, such as police vehicles, ambulances, teachers, etc., must be properly identified and the reserved parting spaces must be shown on the attached site plan.
(3) 
Through streets. The following streets or parts of streets are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street except where yield signs are provided for in the designation.

(5) 
Tow-away zones. Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area pedestrian walkway, or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard, may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.
(6) 
One-way streets. The following described streets or parts of streets are hereby designated as one-way streets in the directions indicated:

All signs, posts, or other necessary materials must be installed and paid for by the Kinnelon Borough Board of Education. All signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27.
(10) 
Violations and penalties. Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by New Jersey Statute, all municipal ordinances, including § 84-2 (Violations and penalties), shall be fully applicable to the Kinnelon High School.
B. 
Stonybrook School.
