All applications for certification of a soil erosion and sediment control
plan shall be accompanied by a fee, payable to the Borough of Kinnelon, as
follows:
A. For any land disturbance involving one acre or less,
$50.
B. For every additional acre up to and including the 20th
acre, $10.
C. For every acre after the 20th acre, $5.
