All street signs in the Borough of Kinnelon hereafter erected shall conform to the following specifications:
A. 
Signs shall be of a noncorrosive, weather-resistant aluminum alloy metal.
B. 
Each sign shall measure 22 3/4 inches by 4 3/4 inches, with a three-sixteenths-inch background and letters raised approximately 1/8 inch from the background.
C. 
Standard United States Public Works three-inch high, letters shall be used. In the event of long names, the condensed three-inch alphabet will be used.
D. 
Signs shall be double-faced with letters integrally cast.
E. 
The finish coating shall be a standard black background. Letters are to be finished with white prism reflectorizing or its equal for twenty-four-hour visibility.
F. 
Signs shall be furnished complete with caps made to fit two-inch-inside-diameter pipe.
G. 
Each sign shall be attached to a noncorrosive, weather-resistant aluminum alloy pipe, two-inch inside diameter, which pipe shall be embedded in concrete.
