Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch. 237, Sewage
Disposal Systems, Individual, adopted 2-28-2955 (Ch. 104 of the 1972 Code),
as amended.
A code of standards regulating the location, construction, use, maintenance
and method of emptying or cleaning individual sewage disposal systems is hereby
adopted by the Board of Health of the Borough of Kinnelon. Said code, as stated
in N.J.A.C. 7:9A, is adopted in its entirety and made a part hereof without
inclusion of its text herein.
Copies of said Standards for Individual Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems
and its appendixes have been placed on file in the office of the Secretary
of this Board of Health and will remain on file in said office for the use
and examination of the public.
