All persons applying for representation by a
Longport Municipal Public Defender shall pay an application fee of
$100 at the time of filing their application. In the event that the
Borough of Longport is authorized to increase said fee, this chapter
shall automatically be amended to increase the same according to law.
The Municipal Court Administrator is directed to forward said fee
to the Borough in accordance with appropriate accounting procedures.
