All site plans shall be drawn at the largest appropriate scale using one of the plat sizes in the Map Filing Law,[1] and additional sheets with sufficient detail to adequately explain the project may be required on larger sites.

A. 
All preliminary site plans shall contain the information required in applicable portions of the checklist set forth in Chapter 27, Article III, § 27-30.7.
B. 
In addition to the information referred to in the preceding subsection, the applicant shall show test borings distributed over the tract to a depth of 10 feet, showing soil types, depth of water and date of boring according to the following schedule:

A. 
All final site plans shall contain the information required in applicable portions of the checklist set forth in Chapter 27, Article III, § 27-30.7.
B. 
Appropriate places shall be provided for the signatures of the Chairman and Secretary of the approving authority, the dates of the official authority actions and the dates of the signatures.

A. 
An applicant receiving site plan approval, be it preliminary and/or final, for any development or project within this Township shall prominently display a copy of the approved preliminary and final site plan (containing all conditions) in the sales office and shall provide a reduced copy of the same to any and all interested persons.
B. 
All applicants receiving preliminary and/or final site plan approval shall provide a written statement to each contract purchaser from said applicant at the time of the execution of the contract of sale for a particular lot, which statement shall set forth the following information:
(1) 
The location of the house or lot to be purchased, as is shown on the preliminary and/or final site plan approval.
(2) 
The location of all wetlands and the relationship to the property.
(3) 
The location of all landfills, waste disposal sites or hazardous waste sites, whether in operation or closed, and its or their relationship to the property.
(4) 
A description of all encumbrances, liabilities and restrictions on the use of the land, including but not limited to easements, wetlands and recreation areas.
(5) 
The location of all recreation facilities and the relationship of the same to the property and the date when said facilities will be commenced and completed, if not yet so.
C. 
The information required in this section is to be furnished to all persons entering contracts of purchase following the date of the enactment of this chapter, notwithstanding the fact that subdivision approval may have previously been granted and notwithstanding that preliminary site plan approval may have been granted, it being the intention of this section to provide for disclosure to all future contract purchasers in any subdivision, project or development for which final site plan approval is sought and may hereafter be granted.
D. 
The Consolidated Land Use Board of Mansfield Township shall condition preliminary and/or final site plan approvals, as applicable within the context of this section, upon compliance with the terms of this section.
