In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-197, the following municipal and Board of Education property shall have the movement and parking of traffic controlled by the regulations indicated. No person shall operate or park a vehicle in violation of these regulations.
A. 
City of Margate City Municipal Complex, South Washington Avenue, Margate City, NJ 08402.
(1) 
All vehicles must park in the designated areas and between the painted lines.
(2) 
The speed limit for both directions of traffic in all parking lots shall be 15 miles per hour.

Reserved parking. There shall be reserved parking spaces in the Municipal Complex. All vehicles utilizing these spaces shall be properly identified. No vehicle other than the vehicle for which the space is reserved shall be parked or allowed to remain in any such reserved space.

Authorized vehicles only. No vehicles other than those authorized shall utilize the access road in the Municipal Complex.
In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:48-2.46, on the following private property that is open to the public and to which the public is invited, the movement and parking of vehicles shall be controlled by the regulations listed herein. No person shall operate a vehicle or park a vehicle in violation of the following regulations. The owners of the premises referred to in this section shall provide and install signs and pavement markings as required by §§ 257-39.

The owners of the premises referred to in Article VI shall provide and install signs and pavement markings as required, which signage and markings shall be in accordance with the MUTCD The costs of the signs and installations shall be the responsibility of the owner of said property. The owner shall, subsequent to the initial procurement and installation, maintain such signs and pavement markings in good condition at no costs or expense to the City of Margate City.
