The office hours of the Tax Collector shall be from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. each and every day during each and every week, with the exception of Saturday and Sunday of each week and with the exception of legal holidays. The Tax Collector shall also be at the office at the Municipal Building one evening each week on Monday evening, between the hours of 7:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., for the purpose of discharging the duties of the office.
A. 
Said office hours shall be held at the Municipal Building in an office to be provided for that purpose and to be designated as the "Office of the Tax Collector."
B. 
The Collector shall keep all of the Borough records pertaining to the office or position in said office.
