A code regulating public health nuisances is hereby established pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.1 to 3-69.6.

Said code established and adopted by this Part III is described and commonly known as the "Public Health Nuisance Code of New Jersey (1953)."
three copies of said Public Health Nuisance Code of New Jersey (1953) have been placed on file in the office of the Secretary of the Board of Health upon the introduction of this Part III and will remain on file there until final action is taken on this Part III for the use and examination of the public.
