A. 
It shall be the responsibility of the Code Enforcement Officer to enforce the following enumerated ordinances as set forth in the Code of the Borough of Middlesex:

Chapter 403, Abandoned Vehicles.
(2) 
Chapter 224, Flood Damage Prevention.
(3)

B. 
Although the Code Enforcement Officer's primary responsibility shall be enforcing the above-enumerated ordinances, other municipal employees and officials may also enforce said ordinances, and the delegation of this enforcement duty to the Code Enforcement Officer shall not preclude others from enforcing said ordinances.
