A. 
Grant Avenue for a distance of 100 feet west of the intersection of Union Avenue is hereby established and designated as a one-way street for westbound traffic.

B. 
Vehicular parking on Harris Avenue and Shepherd Avenue on both sides of each avenue for a distance of 150 feet from their intersection with Grant and Union Avenues shall be prohibited.
C. 
This article is to take effect after final passage and publication according to law but not prior to the installation of a traffic light by the State of New Jersey at the intersection of Grant Avenue and Union Avenue.

One-way streets designated.
(1) 
Anna Street, easterly only from Vogel Place to Warrenville Road.
(2) 
Bound Brook Road Extension, westerly only from Bound Brook Road to Greenbrook Road.
(3) 
Orchard Road, northerly only from Union Avenue to Lydecker Place.
(4) 
Cedar Avenue, north from Hooker Street to Harris Avenue.

B. 
Signs as provided by law shall be exhibited in the designated areas.
C. 
The fine shall be as prescribed by state statutes.

The entrance to the Hamiltonian Apartments parking lot at the intersection of Route No. 28 and Warrenville Road-Smalley Avenue be and it is hereby designated as an entrance only.
B. 
The entrance to Hardee's parking lot on Greenbrook Road be and it is hereby designated as an entrance only.
