No person shall park a vehicle during the hours and days specified upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below:

Parking is limited to a maximum of two hours on:
A. 
The east side of Mountain Avenue between Lincoln Boulevard and Voorhees Avenue from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except Sundays and legal holidays.
B. 
Both sides of Raritan Avenue for its entire length between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays.

C. 
Both sides of Chestnut Street between Raritan Avenue and A Street between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays.

D. 
The east side of Clay Avenue between Runyon Avenue and a point 150 feet south of Runyon Avenue between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.

The west side of Main Street from its intersection with Bound Brook Road to its intersection with Fulton Street between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this article or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $250 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
