A traffic control signal shall be installed and operated at the following intersections:
A. 
River Road-Lincoln Boulevard-Raritan Avenue.
B. 
Lincoln Boulevard and Mountain Avenue.

The traffic signal installation shall be in accordance with the provision of an Act Concerning Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulations, Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes, and shall conform to the design and shall be maintained in operation as authorized by the Department of Transportation.
